What we are

Novuprox is an innovation architecture company — building products, brand systems, and technology that bring new energy into sustained action.

How we got here

Novuprox began by building bespoke. Agents designed around multiple businesses’ own pricing, hours and voice, put live on real work and scaled. That work is what became the platform: everything we now license. Built for businesses.

What we do now

The same proven agents and technology are licensed white-label to operators and entrepreneurs who want to scale, systemise and automate. They install it under their own brand, at their own prices, and keep the client. We also still build bespoke, for businesses whose pricing or workflow does not fit a template.

Aura

Aura is our conversation agent, working across voice and messaging in both directions: answering the phone, the inbox and social messages, and making outbound calls and follow-ups, in the business’s own words. Built for customer service, for qualifying and converting enquiries, and for the acquisition work that gets missed when nobody picks up.

The workforce

Behind it sits an extensive range: 24 agents covering the whole loop of a service business, from finding local businesses and making first contact, through quoting and winning the job, to invoicing, chasing, reconciling and keeping the customer.
