Consultation
We go through where the business is leaking: what is unbilled, unchased, unanswered or late. You leave the call with the number it is costing you, whether you work with us or not.

Map
We match the leaks to agents that already exist, and name what would have to be built. If an off-the-shelf Kit covers you, we say so and it costs less.
- 03
Build
Your rate card, your working hours, your voice, your tools. The agents are configured against how your business actually prices and speaks, not a template.

Live
One agent goes live first, on real work, watched. Others follow once the first has earned it.
- 05
Report
Every month, the one number each agent moved. If it has not moved, the report says so and we fix it or turn it off.
