How it works
The whole loop, in seven stages.
Each stage is a group of agents that hand work to the next. An operator installs the stages a business needs and leaves the rest switched off.

Find the pipeline
Sweeps an entire local market: any trade, any area. It surfaces the businesses with no website at all, which a web search never sees and which often need everything. Every site is read and scored against published signals, so each lead arrives with a checkable reason to reach out, never an observation it did not actually read. A monthly search cap keeps the paid lookups on a budget.

Reach first contact
Outreach from the operator's own domain, warmed so it lands, capped per day so it never looks like spam. Cold sequences carry a STOP line and end on any reply. Missed a call while on a job? An instant text-back captures the name, the job, and a slot at 9pm on a Sunday. That closes the leak that loses the work to whoever answers first.

Win the job
An enquiry comes in; the agent reads it, prices it against the business's own rate card without ever inventing a number, applies VAT, and drafts a quote. Anything over a set value holds for the owner's sign-off. Calls are answered by a branded AI receptionist; the website and inbox are answered by a responder that only ever sends an answer the owner approved, verbatim, and hands off anything it isn't sure of.

Set up the operator's side
An operator signs a client and provisions their whole agent stack in one action: Add client → choose a Kit → done. A Kit carries an entire sector's configuration, in the operator's own words and prices, and nothing a person wrote is ever overwritten. Packages refuse to be saved if they'd lose money. Proposals and guarantees generate from the offer.

Deliver the day-to-day
The workforce at work, all in the business's own voice and rules. Answers the same eight questions customers always ask, but only ever with an answer the owner approved. Collects documents (and refuses to accept the wrong one), chases compliance, writes up the CRM from a meeting only where the transcript proves it, gets reviews, guards renewals, and wins back the quiet ones.

Get paid the money loop
The front of the money loop that most tools skip: raise an invoice from the rate card, or let the agent read a job email, price it against the list, reconcile it against the figure the sender quoted, and hold a draft for approval. Below-minimum and mismatches are flagged, never smoothed over. Every approved invoice then chases itself politely and reconciles the moment the money lands. Bills coming in are read and validated too.

Retain the relationship
A weekly "here's what your assistant did" report and a live ROI page keep the value visible, so the client stays. That includes the things it did unasked. And the business runs it themselves: in their own branded login they approve invoices and quotes, release messages before they reach a customer, and curate the answers their assistant gives. Behind it, a cognitive layer learns the business's rules and notices what's drifting.
